Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes! Wedding Design Online is a member of CardPAY which uses Verisign as its secure server. No card details leave this secure server so your card information is safe. All other customer information is strictly for use by A Touch of Class and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.

Q. What types of payment cards do we accept?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo & (American Express by Telephone Orders Only)

Q. What if I cannot find a particular image?
A. New images and artists are constantly being added to our website. If there is a particular products you want then please email or phone us and let us know what you're looking for as we have the ability to provide most products.

Q. Does Wedding Design Online have a guarantee?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against damage or loss.

Q. How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A. All prints are despatched within 4 days and can be expected within 7 days for Uk orders (our usual is despatched and delivered within 5 working days, if you require a quicker service please call us), overseas may take longer due to delivery. All prints are delivered flat packed. For overseas orders you are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Q. What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A. Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted
