1. How many years direct experience do they have in the field of wedding co-ordination?
2. Does the co-ordinator work alone or in a team?
3. What support networks do they have in place?
4. Is there a choice of service options from which to choose?
5. Will your co-ordinator attend on the day – or is this at an extra cost?
6. Does the co-ordinator charge a % commission of your expenditure, a fixed fee, an hourly fee or a combination?
7. What reporting and information tracking systems are in place?
Things to consider….
How comfortable do you feel with the consultant?
Will you receive a personalised approached or be pigeon holed, with limited consultation time?
Are you confident that the Co-ordinator will allow you to retain control?
